The yearbook online order option has been extended until April 15. You can order online at yearbookforever.com and search for Prairie Grove School. There will be an additional fee for using your debit/credit card. Order forms have been sent out, if you want to mail an order in, it needs to be postmarked by April 15. These can be mailed to

Here is our grading policy for the fourth quarter.
PGMS parents: Please make sure to leave a message if you have a need. The phones are all forwarded to one person right now, so if I’m on a call, I can’t take another. If you leave a message, I will return your call. If you are JH parents that still follow our page, your contact number is 479-846-4274. If you have not been contacted by your student’s teacher, please call the office at 479–846–4220. Due to the abundance of phone calls, please leave a message if you can’t get through. We are trying to make contact with every student at this time to make sure that their needs are sufficiently met by us. If we have not been able to contact you, please call us so that we can touch base. Also, please have your student check their email and Google Classroom daily.
I just put more 6th grade AMI packets for days 6-10 out on the porch. I’ll be checking them to see if they need refilled regularly. Days 7-10 are this Monday - Thursday. Friday starts digital learning for AMI day 11. Teachers are trying to reach everyone about how this looks going forward. 5th and 6th grade AMI packets for days 6-10 are out on the front porch now. Teachers will be contacting soon if they already haven’t about future lesson plans.
If anyone still needs a 5th grade AMI packet with days 6-10, they have been moved outside the front doors of the Middle School office. They are in a clear plastic tub to the right.
They will be checked daily to see if more need to be put out. Please make sure you get all 5 days- they are paper clipped together.
Please make sure the lid is put back on tightly.

5/6 office has AMI packets if you can’t print it from online.
Grades 5/6 will be responsible for AMI days 2-6 this week. If you were scheduled for an Incentive Day this Friday, you may be excused from an AMI day of your choice this week. AMI Days 6-10 are posted online. If you need a paper copy, call the office tomorrow.
The Prairie Grove School District has decided to cancel all student and staff school-related travel outside the state for the next 2-3 weeks. Any exceptions will be on a case by case determination
Reminder about Parent Teacher conferences tonight and Thursday night 3:30-6:30. It’s not too late to sign up. Call the office for help.

Grades from 1st semester should be updated in HAC. If you are unaware of how to look at HAC, call the office tomorrow for help or refer to our video on the M.S. Facebook page. If you would like a hard copy, send your student to the office to request one and we will print it.
All Middle School Gyms will be closed this weekend for maintenance.
1st quarter Grades should be updated and viewable on HAC. If you would like a printed report, you can call the office or have your student come by and we will print it for you.
