Due to the weather forecast, the FFA Fall Farm Adventure will be postponed until next weekend, November 4 and 5.
PGSD and Washington County Health Department will be holding a Flu Vaccination Clinic November 3 for all students and staff. If you would like your child to receive a free flu vaccination on that day, please request a form from the office. Return completed FERPA release and flu form to the school nurse by November 2nd. Incomplete forms will not be accepted. *Flu mist WILL NOT be available.

PGMS Families, just a reminder that Parent Teacher Conferences for PGMS students are this Tuesday and Thursday October 17th and 19th from 3:30 to 6:30 pm. Conferences are come-and-go with no appointment needed, but we are encouraging students with last names A to M to come on Tuesday and students with last names N to Z to come on Thursday, if at all possible. There will be a Spanish-speaking translator available on Tuesday evening for anyone who needs it. Please only enter through the front doors, where you will pick up your student's report card before meeting with as many or as few of your student's teachers that you please. There will be an optional Title I information meeting in the Library each night at 5:00 pm as well. If you have any questions, please contact our office at (479) 846-4220. Thank you!

If you need assistance this year, please fill out the form in the link below. Space is limited. All applications will be reviewed, and participants will be contacted. Just a reminder, tomorrow is the final day of Student Council's Hygiene Drive! There is a high need for deodorant, so each deodorant donation will count as TWO items for the donating student's homeroom class. Winning classes in each grade level will receive a donut party! Thank you for supporting PGMS students!

Prairie Grove Middle School PTO will be hosting a Masquerade Ball on Friday, October 20 from 4:30-6:30 PM. This is a family event - siblings are welcome! Students are NOT PERMITTED to be dropped off unattended. We will have concessions and light up souvenirs available for purchase, and tickets are $1 per person. Wear your favorite costume or your best formal attire and join us for a fun evening!
