Each year, Mrs. Ashley's 8th grade students have the opportunity to participate in the Grand Lodge Americanism Essay Contest as part of their classwork. This year's theme, 'What Does Patriotism Mean to Me?', inspired many thoughtful responses. Congratulations to Peyton Boliver, who earned first place for the ELKS Americanism Award, and to Oaklie Ogden, who secured second place with a well-written essay!

Prairie Grove Families, Due to inclement weather, all Prairie Grove schools will be closed on Tuesday, February 18th. With our instructional time now measured in hours rather than days, we have six built-in days that provide flexibility to address unforeseen weather conditions. This ensures we can prioritize the safety of our students and staff while meeting state requirements. We encourage everyone to stay safe and warm during this time.

UPDATE: Parent/Teacher Conferences are Postponed from February to April.

Keep our school healthy! 🤧🤒 If your child is feeling unwell, please keep them home to rest and recover. Let's work together to stop the spread of germs! 🏫💙 #HealthyStudents #StopTheSpread #BetterSafeThanSorry

Congratulations to our very own Jackson Jacobs for being named Novice Teacher of the Month by the Northwest Arkansas Educational Cooperative! His dedication to growing as an educator is truly inspiring, and we’re so proud to have him on our team.

High school students visited Prairie Grove Junior High to share how accelerated classes like Honors, Concurrent College Classes, and Advanced Placement can open doors to exciting opportunities! 💡 They inspired younger students to aim high, work hard, and take advantage of the pathways to success offered at PGHS. 🎓
