Prairie Grove High School has released its 2024-25 Fall Semester Test Schedule and Exemption Chart for students and parents to view and make plans for finishing this semester. Please note that the due date for paying all outstanding fines and bringing doctor's notes is Wednesday, December 11th. Monday, December 16:
Attendance is required for all students until 7th period. Students who are exempt from 7th period may check out (following the established procedures) at 1:41. Students who are exempt from 7th period, but don’t have a ride home must go to their 7th period class.
1st Period: 7:45 - 8:36
2nd Period: 8:40 - 9:31
3rd Period: 9:35 - 10:26

Tuesday, December 17th:
Students are only required to be present for tests they are not exempt from. If a student is exempt from their 1st period test, they do not have to arrive until 9:15. If a student is exempt from their 2nd period test, they may check out (following the established procedures) at 9:15. If a student is exempt from both 1st and 2nd period, they are not required to attend school today. Students who are not exempt from their 1st and/or 2nd period test must take their test at the scheduled time - they may not take their test early or late. All students who are present on campus are expected to follow this schedule at all times.

Friday, December 20th:
Make-up tests only. This day is only for students with excused absences on Monday through Thursday. Students with unexcused absences earlier in the week who have not pre-arranged to make up their exam on Friday, should not be allowed to take their test if they show up unannounced. Students will take their tests at your convenience, then check out (following the established procedures) or report to the cafeteria once all of their tests are complete. They should not be in your classroom unless they are finishing a semester test.
